default browser

I would like to see if i could change the default browser from Safari to Firefox for cookie testing and configeration, i have seen that MAMP does have some pre configured cookie variables , and yet i have not looked to deep into them, at this time i am in a big hurry to get out the door and yet wanted to post this before i left.
does any one know how to play with the default setting for a browser
i have looked in the phpinfo and come to see:
_server["HTTP_USER_AGENT"] and its related information, is it here that a person could change the default browser ???.
i am at a loss, complete loss as to how, if a person could change browser preferences, i am groping in the dark.

Hi,

MAMP is using the default browser of your operating system. You can not change the default browser in MAMP. You have to set the Firefox as default browser in the preferences of Firefox.
